Policies

PAYMENT

I accept payment through Paypal and credit and debit card payments through Stripe.


PACKAGING

All pieces are sent in a patterned envelope. Most things are posted in a padded envelope, some are posted in boxes. If your purchase is being sent as a gift and you would like me to include a note from you to the recipient please let me know!


SHIPPING

Items are handmade to order and will be shipped within 5 working days of ordering. Please let me know if you are in a hurry and I will see what I can do! 

Items will be shipped by First Class Post within the U.K, and via regular Airmail to everywhere else. 

Approximate delivery times

UK 1st Class 2-3 working days

EU Airmail 3-7 working days

USA + Canada 7-10 working days

Australia 7-14 working days

Rest of world 7-14 working days


Please be aware that these are estimated guidelines only. Items may be held up in customs in which case will take longer to arrive. 


Items to outside the UK are sent by regular Airmail, therefore there is no tracking number. If you would like your items tracked please contact me first to discuss prices.


Please be aware that I ship from the UK. 

Customers outside the E.U. are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country. 



REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me first at lucie@lucie-ellen.com to talk about a refund or exchange. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. 



WHOLESALE 

Lucie Ellen items are available at wholesale. If you are interested in buying at wholesale, please get in touch at lucie@lucie-ellen.com for information and prices, with full details of your shop, including what you sell and where you are.
